📅 Friday: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
📅 Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Now, here’s an important update regarding our premises in GMC – Grøndal Multicenter. During July, GMC has adjusted their opening hours, so we kindly ask those who arrive in the morning at 7:00 AM to use our entrance in the performance gym by the garage gate. It’s crucial not to open the doors at the reception on the 1st floor before 8:00 AM, as it triggers an alarm.
