Merry Christmas from Arte Suave
Training schedule between Christmas and New Year’s
Arte Suave will remain open between Christmas and New Year’s, but will be closed on public holidays.
This means that we will be closed on the following dates:
December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, 2023, and January 1st, 2024
However there will still be an open mat on December 25th from 10:00-12:00.
Be aware that Grøndals Multicenter is closed however, so there will be no showers available.
Starting in 2024:
Children and junior teams will have their first training session after New Year’s on Thursday, January 4th, 2024.
The kids tumble team will have their first training session after New Year’s on Sunday, January 7th, 2024.
See you on the mat!
PinBelt Graduation 20th of December
On Wednesday the 20th of December we conclude the year with a belt graduation ceremony.
We will take a group photo, train and give out belts.
Make sure to bring your medals for the group photo.

Last weekend Arte Suave held a great Christmas Party in Grøndals Multicenter. We were very happy to be able to hold the party in the cafe area in Grøndals Multicenter, where the staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout the evening.
A huge round of applause and heartfelt thanks to Marinela for orchestrating such a fantastic event!
From entertaining games and a great menu, it was an evening filled with laughter, joy, and wonderful memories.
We couldn’t have asked for a better way to kick off the holiday season!
