Results from Chin-Gu Match Cup

Last weekend, we had three competitors at the “Chin-Gu Match Cup,” a K1 tournament held in Bavnehøj Hallen.
Emmanuel and Mikael Arjun won their matches against some tough opponents. Unfortunately, Louis’ match ended with a disqualification.
Everyone had a good experience and fought well.
Big congratulations on the victories, and well done to all of you!

Another successful workshop in the books

Last Sunday, we hosted a pull-up & muscle-up workshop at our performance gym, led by Ronny and Marinela. We were delighted to see a strong turnout and many smiling faces, as everyone gained new skills.

Danish Open

Danish Open, held in Hillerød, is coming up the 27th and 28th of April. It is one of the biggest BJJ tournaments held in Denmark. There will be both gi and no-gi.
Make sure to register early so that others might also sign up, ensuring more matches.

Arte Suave is hosting the tournament, and we will need plenty of staff assistance. Here’s what this entails:
We will need help setting everything up on Friday the 26th from approximately 5:00 PM. On April 27th and 28th, we will meet at 8:00 AM until we finish. We don’t know yet when we’ll be done, as registration is still open. We need people for weigh-in, uniform checks, staff at the tables, runners, etc. We hope you are interested in helping.
We pay 750 DKK for the day on both Saturday and Sunday, and there will be full catering both days.
We pay 500 DKK for helping on Friday.
