Opening hours during Christmas and New Year’s
During the holiday season, Grøndals Multicenter and Arte Suave will have adjusted opening hours.
- From December 23rd to 26th, as well as December 31st and January 1st, there will be no regular classes.
- From December 27th to 30th, we will run a reduced schedule, but we will remain open.
For those of you who want to celebrate the holidays with some training, we will host two open mats on the following dates:
- A Christmas Day Open Mat on December 25th.
- A New Year’s Open Mat on December 31st.
3-0 at Unite FC
Last weekend we had three fighters at Unite FC in Brøndbyhallen: Altay Erson Er, Mathis Laangesen and Rida Jawad.
Rida made quick work in his match, taking his opponent down and submitting him in the first round with an armbar.
Mathis fought a great fight in his MMA debut, dominating both standing and on the ground, with the fight ending due to an elbow injury on the opponent.
Finally Altay won in dominating fashion taking his opponent down at will and controlling him on the floor, earning him the points victory.
Congratulations to all three of you – well done!

Christmas belt ceremony – kids and juniors
On Tuesday, December 10th, we will host a belt promotion ceremony for the kids’ and junior groups. This event also marks the final training session of the year for these classes.
Schedule:
- 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Kids’ group (ages 5–8)
- 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM: Kids’ group (ages 9–12) and junior group
Please note that there will be no regular training for kids and juniors on this day. Parents and children are kindly reminded to bring indoor shoes to change into upon entering through the reception area.
The belt promotion ceremony is a celebration of the children’s progress, and they will be the focus of attention on this special day.

Christmas belt ceremony – adults
On Friday, 13th of December at 5 PM we will host a Christmas belt ceremony. We’ll take a group photo, train, and have belt promotions. Remember to bring all your medals for the group photo!
