Gold rain at BJJ Nation
Last weekend Aleksandra ‘Ola’ Morańda, Signe Abel Kalmar and Pernille Schjønning went to compete at BJJ Nation in Sweden. Their training and preparation really payed off as they all had great performances, getting 5 gold and 1 silver medals collectively. Well done ladies and big congratulations on your results and performances!

Another great DGL in the books
Last weekend we had the pleasure of hosting another edition of Danish Grappling League. We had around 100 participants, with 25 among them being from Arte Suave. We were happy to see a variety of other clubs participating, keeping the Danish competition scene alive. Arte Suave won the trophy for best club and had a total of 7 gold, 9 silver and 5 bronze medals.
Also a big thank you to everyone who helped out at the competition, making everything run smoothly and orderly.

Silver for Vincent at AJP
Finally this weekend we had a single competitor, Vincent Christoffersen, at AJP in Zurich.
Vincent had three matches in total, winning the first on points, and the second by submission with a collar choke from the back. In the final he unfortunately lost to a strong opponent, getting the silver medal. Well done to Vincent and congratulations on your results and the great performance!

MMA Galla in Brøndby coming up!
On the 1st of March, Frederik Strauss, Oskar Lang, Sherwan Khalil and Rida Jawad will fight at MMA Galla, this time in Brøndby Hallen. This will be MMA Galla’s biggest venue yet, and we are excited to see the sport of MMA growing in Denmark, giving our fighters more opportunities to compete and hone their skills.Good luck to all of you!
