Rida wins at DFC & upcoming events
Last weekend we had three fighters at Dominance FC: Aleks Antonov, Najib Dawlatnazar and Rida Jawad.
Aleks unfortunately lost by submission in the first round against a strong opponent, and Najib lost on a decision call in a very well-fought amateur bout.
Rida won his match in the second round, after taking his opponent down and raining punches on him winning by t.k.o.
Well done all of you and congratulations to Rida!
Five Arte Suave fighters at MMA Galla
This Saturday, 6th of September we have five fighters at MMA Galla. On the main card we have Oskar Lang and Mack Promanee fighting under pro rules.
In the prelims card, we have Patrik Månsson and William Mørck as well as Harald Danebod who has taken this fight at catch weight on a few days notice.
We are looking forward to see the team display their fighting prowess in the cage. Good luck to all of you!

Workshop: Strong Core and Abs – Next Level
This Saturday, 6th of September we will have another free workshop on core and abs training in our performance gym.
Whether you joined our first workshop on core training or this is your very first time, you’re more than welcome.
If you were with us last time, we’ll use this session to test your progress and take your training further. If you’re new, we’ll find your starting point and build from there.
Together we’ll dive into exercises that challenge each of us individually, while strengthening the core – the foundation of balance, posture, and overall strength.
A strong core benefits every type of movement – whether your focus is sports performance, strength training, or martial arts. It supports stability, improves technique, and helps prevent injuries across all disciplines.
Everyone can join, no matter your experience level.
