Results from Upcoming Fighters & BBQ
Last weekend we had three competitors at Mikenta Upcoming Fighters in Mikenta Albertslund:
Oliver Thrane, Oliver Norup og Elias Eshgi.
Oliver Nohlert fought a good fight but unfortunately lost on points, while Elias won his match on points. Oliver Thrane won his match in convincing fashion in the second round by knockout.
Well done to all of you and congratulations!
BBQ at Arte Suave
This Friday, the 31st of May we will have a BBQ event from 4 PM to 9 PM at Arte Suave.
We’re setting up a grill so we can barbecue after training, and we provide cutlery and plates for dining.
Remember to bring your own food and drinks!
We’ll start the grill at 6 PM so people have time to shower after training. This is for all members of Arte Suave, so come by after training or after work and get to know your training partners.
And let’s hope for good weather!
Siam Submission Challenge vol. 6 coming up
Next Saturday, the 8th of June, Siam is arranging a tournament at their academy. The tournament is for both kids and adults, and a great opportunity to get some competition experience.
It is round robin, so you are guaranteed several matches.
Make sure to register quickly, as the early registrations close the 1st of June. You will also be likely to get more opponents if you register early, as everyone is waiting to see if there is anyone in their bracket – so don’t wait up and support the tournament.
And if you don’t plan on competing come by and support your teammates!

A great children’s training trip to Spring Jiu Jitsu
Finally our kids went on a fun training trip to Spring Jiu JItsu this weekend. The kids had a lot of fun, playing games and training with each other. We plan to make more of similar trips in the future.
A big thanks to Alex and Vincent who joined to help out and teach.
