Mathis Langesen wins at MMA Galla in Aalborg
Last weekend Mathis Langesen fought an amateur MMA bout in the preliminaries at MMA Galla in Aalborg. After three hard-fought rounds, Mathis brought home the victory by unanimous decision.

That’s why we’re inviting you to a mobility workshop, where you’ll learn how to build stronger joints, improve movement control, and unlock your full athletic potential. Why is mobility important?
Mobility isn’t just about flexibility – it’s about having strength and control throughout your full range of motion.
This leads to:
- More explosive power and better technique
- Reduced risk of injury, thanks to stable and adaptable joints
- Faster recovery and fewer aches post-training
- A greater sense of freedom in your body with every movement
For martial artists in particular, improved mobility means faster kicks, more accurate strikes, better transitions in grappling – and a body that works with you, not against you. This workshop is open to all levels – you don’t need to be flexible or experienced.
You’ll walk away with practical tools and exercises you can apply immediately in your training.

Summer’s here, and it’s time to enjoy each other’s company outside the gym! Join us for Arte Suave’s summer party – a relaxed afternoon and evening where we trade the mats for sunshine, cold drinks, and good vibes. This years summer party will be held at Riga, at Vesterbro.
